The device that connects all of the action in Be A Man is dialogue that connects one scene to the other. It's a pretty ingenious way of linking four disparate scenes, including a customs office, a military latrine, a construction site, and a locker room together. As the title suggests, the line Be A Man is the universal exhortation used in all four. In the opening scene lanky hunk Claudio Martin plays a customs officer who is holding German stud Jason Hawke.
