Officer Manly is an black peace officer trying to make a difference in his community. An armlock on a white resident taking home defense tips from him turns to licking and it just keeps going from there. Good pacing and interactions combined with attractive combinations and some switch action on Officer Manly's part makes Black Cops White Robbers a worthwhile interracial viewing selection.
