Cheaply produced, but admirable for its attempt at story and humour, Room 4 Rent stars some cute smooth Hispanic and white boyz. Two young pals sit on a porch to discuss their respective summers. One of them, Bobby Styles - a voyeuristic sod with a penchant for duping visitors into playing around while he's hiding - reveals that he decided to offer a room for rent. And in come the hottie renters and their hormonal buddies! For instance, a voyeuristic exchange between hunky pool boy Watkins and skinny resident Fox leads to oral action, during which Billy scrambles about the property looking for the best vantage point, beating off frantically. Next up, he witnesses a bizarre rocking-horse style fuck between sexy roomie Corey and his jockish pal Harden. But before we can worry that Styles is doomed to act like a retarded monkey and only watch, we return to the present and find his young pal explaining that being part of the action is sometimes best.
